We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
6. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of any content (including photos and designs) that you upload to create your photobook. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use that content solely for the purpose of producing your ordered product. We do not use your photos for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
7. Intellectual Property
All templates, graphics, icons, stickers, and design assets made available through our editor remain the intellectual property of Reverie. These assets are licenced for personal use within photobooks ordered through our service only. Redistribution, resale, or use outside of our platform is strictly prohibited.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may terminate your access immediately for non-compliance with these Terms. Upon termination, you remain liable for any amounts owed prior to termination.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no case shall Reverie, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the service or products.
10. Severability
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms of Service. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
